Buy property abroad

In the last few years, an ever-growing number of UK residents have moved abroad, especially to France and Spain. An absence of national boundaries in the European Union has made the transition an easy one. Many people have been able to purchase larger homes, enabling them to enjoy time in their expansive new gardens.
One of the deciding factors in their decisions to buy property overseas is the relative ease of learning a new language. There are several evening classes available which can teach you the lingo in no time, and they don’t cost an arm and a leg, either.

Visit Dubai – shop in a souq

No trip to Dubai is complete without a visit to the traditional souq, or marketplace. You don’t need to speak the language, but be prepared to haggle because when you shop in a souq, it will be an experience like no other.

There are plenty of exotic foods on sale, along with traditional herbs and spices so you can try to recreate the dishes you taste at home. The cuisine in Dubai is very much influenced by the Arab world, although you will find that Chinese food is also very popular!

Arabic food is truly some of the healthiest, and tastiest, in the world. You will sample some tasty such as houmous, falafel, and for the sweet tooth, but not for the waistline – sickly sweet baklava. All simply delicious!
